I remember reading quite some years ago about a country competing in the Olympics. They really didn't have a lot of money to support their teams adequately so they practiced a few hours every day by seemingly just sitting there. The coach would guide the practice and the athletes would perform the routines.
That year was their best year by far and really highlighted the power of visualization.
I tried to find that old article and couldn't, despite visualizing seeing it. However, that's because SO MANY articles and studies come up about the succes of it!
Clever that you are so careful to mention several times that this was when you were a juvenile, so as to avoid any potential criminal prosecution as an adult.
